Digital Graphic Designer / Part -time

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with brand eCommerce and digital marketing to define/create the digital seasonal position and style guide to align with the brand look and feel.
  • Establish brand creative assets meeting technology requirements and visual DNA across all digital touchpoints.
  • Create and execute seasonal campaign story, digital editorial calendar and supporting illustrations/ elements to support brand creative and style guide.
  • Conduct ongoing comp research on eCommerce design/ux/ui/seasonal inspiration
  • Seasonally/Weekly translate feedback and input into brand-relevant creative that meets the business need, building consensus among internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external teams and work as brand steward to ensure externally developed digital assets are aligned to brand style guide.
  • Deliver weekly graphic elements/assets to and from external and internal teams to confirm creative meets all specs.
  • Participate in and identify creative opportunities with in-house brand photo shoots.
  • Design creative components of digital programs, including, but not limited to, website creative and email, advertising and affiliate, seasonal style guides including illustrated elements and color palates as well as and some social media.
  • Concept and design ad hoc collateral including trend pages, continually refreshing assets to evolve with marketing strategy and consumer insights.
  • Manage and adhere to project schedules and effectively report progress to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Deliver assets for comment/approval according to the timelines outlined in production detail calendar per the spec and guidelines indicated.
  • Own and maintain creative production workflows, calendars, and timeline management in production detail calendar.
  • Responsible for upload of all assets to Dropbox and delivery to the development team for upload to the website.
  • Manage all communication directly with developers for web-related creative updates.
  • Liaise with external teams on website template development for eComm.
  • Provide creative testing recommendations for enhanced usability and customer experience.
  • Ensure quality user experience and take responsibility for successful implementation through testing.
  • Remain self-motivated; willing to do what it takes, and at times taking on creative and production tasks outside of defined roles.
  • Demonstrate consistent, up to date and relevant perspective regarding current digital marketing, retail fashion, and technology trends.
