We hope you love your Kelsi Dagger Brooklyn shoes! If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ll make it as easy as possible.

Our policy

• You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange an item.
• Items must be unworn and in the original packaging.
• The original shipping fee, if any, is not refundable.
• Only items bought on KelsiDaggerBK.com can be returned. If you bought elsewhere, please follow that seller’s terms.

Return shipping

• With Checkout+: Free. Checkout+ is optional coverage you can add at checkout for $5.48. It covers return shipping for every item in your order, for both returns and exchanges.
• Without Checkout+: You’ll buy your return shipping label in the Returns Portal.

By purchasing Checkout+, you agree that you have read the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Coverage is subject to our return policy.
