RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from www.KelsiDaggerBK.com within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All items must be unworn and in the original packaging. **The original shipping fee, if any, is not refundable.
If you opted into Checkout+ at checkout, your return shipping is fully covered at no cost to you. Otherwise, your return shipping label will be purchased through the Returns Portal.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE
To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns Portal HERE and follow the steps to submit your request.
Only product purchased through the Kelsi Dagger BK website can be returned. If purchased elsewhere, please refer to the sellers terms and conditions.
WHAT IS CHECKOUT+?
Checkout+ is optional coverage you can add to your order at checkout. When selected, it covers the return shipping on every item in your order—so if you ever need to send something back, you won't pay a shipping fee.
