How can I pay?
You can use Visa or Mastercard Credit Cards, Visa Debit cards, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shopify Pay. We also offer Buy now Pay now with Affirm.
Where do I find my payment card Verification Value (CVV)?
The Card Verification Value is the last three digits on the signature strip on the reverse of the card.
When will you take payment?
Payment will be taken when you place your order.
Can I use Discount Codes online?
We occasionally issue online discount codes via our email newsletter, social media or other affiliated outlets. These can be used on the website by entering the code in the promotional code box on your basket before pressing the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. Please note, only one promotional code can be applied to an order
Do you offer a student discount?
We do not currently offer a student discount.
Why is my size not available?
All Kelsi Dagger BK styles range from sizes 6-11 US. If you cannot select the size you want, it may have sold out. Please get in touch with customer service, and they will check if more will be available soon.
Why is my basket empty?
Sometimes we have to occasionally empty abandoned baskets and return the items to stock.
Why have some products disappeared from my basket?
We have limited numbers of some styles, so when the product is out of stock, it will no longer be in your basket for purchase.
I am still waiting to receive an order confirmation email.
An automated email would have been sent to the email address submitted during the checkout process. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing the order, please check your spam folder. You may also find this information on your account page by logging in. If not, please get in touch with Customer Service.
Where's my order?
You can track your order online. Please look at your Shipping email for the tracking number and follow the instructions on our Delivery Info page. You can also find this information on your account page by logging in. Order cannot be amended once placed.
Are your products vegan?
Unfortunately, all of our products use an adhesive that contains some small percentage of animal by-products.
DELIVERY
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping of your order. You can also find this information on your account page by logging in.
What time do you deliver?
Delivery between 8am to 2pm PST.
What happens if I am away when my order is delivered?
If you are out at the time of delivery, your order may be left at your door or taken back to the corresponding delivery office. A notice will be left on your door to let you know.

Has my order been Shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email. You should receive this within two working days. You can also find this information on your account page by logging in. Please get in touch with Customer Service for any issues.
Can I ship to a different address than the billing address?
Yes, you can.
What is a working day?
Working days are Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and US Holidays are not classed as working days.
RETURNS
What should I do if I used Rewards points to pay for an item I want to return?
To return a product, please proceed with the usual steps on our website. Once you have started the return, send us an email with your order number. Our customer service team will take care of manually refunding your points.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer exchanges. If you want to change an item, please return it to us for a refund, then place a new order on our website.
Have you received my return?
Returns usually take 5-7 days to reach us.
Where is my refund?
Refunds will typically take 7-10 days from receipt of returned goods.
Can you refund my original postage?
We do not refund postage.
I bought a Kelsi Dagger BK product from another retailer. Can I return it?
Only products purchased through the Kelsi Dagger BKwebsite can be returned. Please refer to the seller's terms and conditions if you buy it elsewhere.
