But we know that it's sometimes necessary to return an item so we will make it as easy as possible. 

We gladly accept returns purchased from www.KelsiDaggerBK.com for a refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All items must be unworn and in the original packaging. **The original shipping fee, if any, is not refundable.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, simply return it to us for a refund then place a new order on our website

How to request a return

  • Step One

    Click the profile icon in the store's top menu or LOG IN LINK here or at the bottom of the page.

    Log in to your account:


    In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".


    In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.


    Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

  • Step 2

    Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.


    If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.


    Select a return reason and add a note for the store.


    Click "Request return".

  • Step 3

    If your return request is approved you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label via email. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
