"Both my shoes ripped in the same spot -- the outer side where the upper flap meets the body -- because the shoe construction is poor. I saw the stitching there and was worried it would be a problem and it was after just wearing a handful of times. I contacted customer service for help and did not receive a response. Waste of money!"
"It's the first time ever I put on a new pair of loafers and I did not have to break them in! My regular shoe size is 8.5, I bought an 8.5, I have a bit of a narrow foot and while these shoes do not run wide they have a bit of extra space for my foot The leather looks expensive without any logos or sparkles. They look great with jeans, chinos, or shorts. A very good all around, comfortable loafer for all seasons."
