Effective on purchases starting November 15, 2023, all purchases will be accepted for an extended return period until Jan. 31, 2024.

All items must be unworn and in the original packaging. We encourage you to try on your Kelsi Dagger Shoes indoors to make sure everything looks and feels great!

Easy Returns

Within 30 days of recieving purchase, we accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Items must be returned in original packaging. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.

Please obtain a copy of your return tracking for your records & note refunds will normally take 7-10 business days from receipt of returned goods. An email/text will be sent when a refund has been issued.
