"They run 1/2 size large. Usually a 7-7 1/2, swapped for a 7. The exchange process could be improved. The return shipping fee should be waved for exchanges. I purchased these with a discount code the first time but could not use the discount code on the re-purchase. It amounts to only $33 but still, it's the feeling you are left with. I hope they make changes to this process. Great shoes, totally out of my norm on shoes but I am in love with them!"
